'Elegy For a War Hero'
Land where the echo reigns with its loud voice, wasteland where no tree remains;
Such efforts of his defended this land till breathless,
Blood of his and his companions were shed,
Precious blood of youth and innocence,
Day and night.
Oh, bless those who meet their doom at such a place! God bless!
Living among ravages of war he was,
Seeking shelter from rain and storm,
Seeking cover from firing,
Fury of enemy.
Drowsing under cover of darkest nights
Our savior was,
His body fatigued,
His soul scared to death,
His heart beating for his nation.
